At Lightstone, we always have the goal of making life easier for our customers, which is why we have completely redesigned how you will log in to Lightstone applications.

What is the new feature all about?

By consolidating our applications into a single view (Marketplace), we have just made it easier than ever to switch between your Lightstone applications, saving you time and frustration.

With this single sign-on experience (SSO), you can use one set of credentials to access multiple Lightstone products in our Marketplace.

What we need from you

You will receive an email from [email protected] requesting you to set your password for single sign-on. Click on the button in the email to set your password and log in via SSO. Continue to use SSO as your default login for all Lightstone applications. From 1 May 2023 you will no longer be able to log into individual product pages, you are therefore encouraged to familiarise yourself with the new login experience as soon as possible..
